I would highly recommend Heather for buying a home in the Durham/Raleigh area. We were relocating, and when we flew in to look at homes, Heather set aside her whole weekend for us. She has high standards, and was honest and critical about the benefits or downfalls of each house we toured. We appreciated it because it helped us find a perfect home.

She was also exceptional during the home closing process. She is very responsive and helpful, and streamlined communication with the seller and listing agent whenever complications arose. She went above and beyond to make our experience as first time homebuyers as easy as possible.

It has been brilliant experiences with Ms. Heather over the course of our selling process. My wife and I both are amazed by her professionalism and knowledge in this dynamic real estate market. One example, she has done an excellent job handheld tightly with us through the pre-selling process which we thought it would be a time consuming and complex project.
